Joseph Bushek
Joe Bushek received his medical education from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in June 2008. He graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in June 2004. As an undergraduate he was a section leader in the Marching 110, supplemental instruction leader for freshman chemistry, and president of the honor fraternity, Kappa Kappa Psi. During medical school he worked as a teacher's aid for his church Sunday school classes and was a OMM teaching assistant during his second year of medical school.
Salita Kaistha
Dr. Kaistha received her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ursinus College in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, along with a minor in Sociology. Dr. Kaistha conducted research at Ursinus College which analyzed the mutations occurring in various strains of HIV. She also participated in research on an enzyme called Chorismate Lyase at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, which was later published in the Archives of Biochemistry and Biophysics. While proceeding with her Emergency Medicine Residency here at Southern Ohio Medical Center, she holds particular interest in research and toxicology.
Nathan Lowien
Nathan Lowien attended Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and was based at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital for his clinical rotations. He graduated from Bowling Green State University summa cum laude with a bachelor's of science in biology with a minor in chemistry.
J. Link Wilson
J. Link Wilson, a Huntington, W.V., native, was raised in Grayson, Ky., and received his medical education at Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2008. He received a Bachelor of University Studies with a focus in biology and psychology at Morehead State University in Morehead, Ky. in 2004.
