SOMC Home Health is the first hospital-based home care program in Ohio. We have been keeping families together since 1966. On our most recent Medicare survey in January 2007, we received No Deficiencies, the best rating possible. We are rated Five Stars by HealthGrades.com

Who is eligible?
Patients who live in several counties in Ohio, and Lewis and Greenup Counties in Kentucky whose physician order services are eligible.
