SOMC Home Care Health Services
The Home Care program of SOMC is keeping families together by providing needed skilled nursing care in the privacy and comfort of their own homes. With the help of Home Care nurses, home health aids, therapists and social workers, many people in need of medical care are able to receive the same quality care at home without the need for hospitalization or long-term nursing care. SOMC Home Health Services is the oldest hospital-based home care agency in the state of Ohio. We currently serve several counties in Ohio and Lewis and Greenup counties in Kentucky.
