Home Care Therapy Services
The SOMC Home Care Therapists are dedicated to helping clients who are homebound and in need of rehabilitation services. SOMC Home Health Services (map) is the state's first hospital-based home care program and serves patients throughout southern Ohio and northern Kentucky. SOMC Rehab Services offers a range of services conducted by rehabilitation specialists including:
