Urgent Care Center Portsmouth

The SOMC Urgent Care Center in Portsmouth is located on the SOMC South Campus, across the street from the Portsmouth LIFE Center.

The Urgent Care Center will provide non-emergency treatment for minor medical complaints, including minor lacerations, urinary tract infections, earaches, migraine headaches, sprains, and fever. The center also will offer care to patients whose primary care physician is not available.

Outpatient services, testing, (including lab and x-ray) as well as the Ambulatory Infusion Clinic will be available at the Urgent Care Center-Portsmouth location from 9 am to 9 pm Sunday–Saturday.

9 am to 9 pm (Triage will close at 8 pm), seven days a week
