Outpatient Infusion
Infusions include administration of chemotherapy, blood/blood products, IV fluids, IV antibiotics and supportive injections. Also available are the newest targeted therapies, which offer more effective treatment with fewer side effects.
Due to the excellent services provided by the oncologists and staff, the volume of patients seen in this department continues to grow. Patients can have their blood drawn and processed within the infusion center.
In addition, all of the pharmaceuticals are prepared right on site and reviewed by a pharmacist prior to the infusion for the safe handling and preparation of the agents.
