Aqua Dynamics
60 min. » Beginner level
This class covers everything from cardio to muscle conditioning and is suitable for all age and fitness levels.

Aqua Kidz
60 min. » Advanced
This seasonal program is for the advanced swimmer. All practices are done in the 25 meter lap pool. Work on all four (4) competitive strokes. Jr. Life guarding and all around conditioning. Meets for 1 hour 1 time a week. Must be a good swimmer.

Aqua Power
Beginner to intermediate levels
The goal of this class is to provide highly effective conditioning to develop cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. The class will also strive to improve balance, coordination and posture, with favorable changes in body composition.

Arthtritis
This program provides relief for those who suffer from the conditions of arthritis, Using slow, full range of motions movement in our warm hydrotherapy pool. Extra fee for first timers.

Cardio Mix

A mix of all types of cardio options. Excellent for the person who is limited on time. This class will allow you to get a total body workout in 1 hour.

Cardio Rhythms
45 min. » A dance fitness workout. Learn all the hot Latin moves while getting a cardio workout that will focus on technique & muscle isolation. This class will compliment any Latin ballroom class

Cardio Ride
45 min. » A beginner level cycling class
Travel on a riding adventure as the instructor interweaves low tension with high tension intervals for a great calorie burning workout. Class is limited to 15 students. Additional fees & prior registration will apply for this class.

Daybreak Ride
45 min. » Beginner to intermediate levels
A fat burning cycling adventure. The instructor will take you thru multiple levels of intensity going up hills and into valleys, standing and sitting. Class is limited to 15 students.

Drums Alive!

This class works the complete core with combinations designed to work upper, middle and lower abs. Class is beginner friendly yet challenging enough for the advanced exerciser.

Moms in Motion
60 min. » Beginner to intermediate levels
This class meets the special needs of pregnant and post-partum women. This low-impact water program is safe and provides all the benefits of aerobic activity.

Pilates Matwork
60 min. » Beginner level
This is a beginner class consisting of very gentle exercises done on a mat in either a sitting or lying down position. The primary focus is on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body which is strong and supple, flat stomach, balanced legs, and a strong back. It is appropriate for all ages because it tones and strengthens the muscles without impacting the joints.

This class takes the matwork programming to a different level adding the use of resistance bands, balls and even the BOSU.

Power Flex
Beginner to intermediate levels
A group toning class that uses light to moderate weights, toning bands, stability balls and even your own body weight for a total body workout. This class will help improve muscular strength, endurance and balance.

Stretch & Tone
30–45 min. » Beginner class designed for the senior participant
A low intensity class providing flexibility exercises for joints and light toning exercises for major muscle groups. Contains no aerobic conditioning.

This Yoga class will integrate the body and mind through a series of basic poses that will allow you to gain all benefits of Yoga such as: increased flexibility, strength, and endurance while energizing yourself for the day ahead.

Yoga for Seniors (A Chair Based Program)
45 min. » Appropriate for all ages, specific to seniors, those new to fitness, and those unable who need to exercise in a chair.
This progressive learning program will focus on flexibility, concentration & relaxation techniques. This is a great way to learn the fundamentals of Yoga and its benefits. This class will run in 6 week intervals. Pre-registration is required.
