Aqua Dynamics

This class covers everything from cardio to muscle conditioning and is suitable for all age and fitness levels.

Aqua Power

Beginner to intermediate levels
The goal of this class is to provide highly effective conditioning to develop cardio-respiratory fitness, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. The class will also strive to improve balance, coordination and posture, with favorable changes in body composition.

Arthtritis Aquatics

This program provides relief for those who suffer from the conditions of arthritis, Using slow, full range of motions movement in our warm hydrotherapy pool. Extra fee for first timers.

Cardio Mix

60 min. » Beginner to intermediate levels
A mix of all types of cardio options. Excellent for the person who is limited on time. This class will allow you to get a total body workout in 1 hour.

Cardio Ride

45 min. » A beginner level cycling class
Travel on a riding adventure as the instructor interweaves low tension with high tension intervals for a great calorie burning workout.Class is limited to 15 students.

Cycle Sculpt

60 min. » Beginner to advanced levels
3 types of workouts in one session! 20 minutes of cycling, 20 minutes of a bootcamp workout & 20 minutes of core or strength!

Daybreak Ride

45 min. » Beginner to intermediate levels
A fat burning cycling adventure. The instructor will take you thru multiple levels of intensity going up hills and into valleys, standing and sitting. Class is limited to 15 students.

Express Fit

Toning exercises instructed by a certified personal trainer in a group format in our fitness area. Great for the person on the go!

Extreme Circuit

This is NO dance class! A circuit class combining strength and toning exercises with cardio, speed, agility and core work for a hardcore total body workout to the max!

Functional Fusion™

Traditional weight lifting and toning exercises fused with non-traditional exercises to enhance body appearance, awareness & function. Learn proper form & safe weight lifting techniques. This workout promises to target all of those desirable body parts and then some.

Hardcore Abs

Beginner to intermediate levels
This class works the complete core with combinations designed to work upper, middle and lower abs. Class is beginner friendly yet challenging enough for the advanced exerciser.

H²O Aerobics

High intensity water aerobic class combining cardiovascular and toning exercise with minimal impact on joints.

Silver Sneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement

SIlver Sneakers

30–45 min.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
