SOMC Hospice is a non-profit agency offering a special way of caring for those faced with terminal illness. All proceeds go back into the Hospice Program.

Show your support of the SOMC Hospice Center by donating $100 for a commemorative brick. These bricks can be imprinted with your name, a name of someone you would like to memorialize, or a special message.
