Deanne Malone has been named the Manager of Performance Management at Southern Ohio Medical Center. In this new role, Malone will be responsible for developing and overseeing performance management programs including the salary and wage program, job description process, and the competency and performance evaluation process.
Malone joined SOMC in 1998 and has previously worked in Decision Support, Claims Processing and the Foundation. She has been in Human Resources for the past five years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Shawnee State University.
Malone currently resides in Portsmouth with her family.
