Patient Preparation
- Cleansing enema daily prior to imaging
- Clear liquid diet four days
Patient Exam
- First day you will be given an intravenous injection of a radioactive tracer
- Second day nothing
- Third day you will lay on the scan table for images for 60 minutes
- Fourth day you will lay on the scan table for images for 60 minutes
