On July 8, SOMC broke ground in Raceland, KY, for the new SOMC Raceland Family Practice & Specialty Associates, which is scheduled to open in 2026. The facility will offer:

• Walk-in Visits
• X-ray Services
• Lab Services
• Community Pharmacy with a Drive-thru
