It's almost time for the annual Hike for Hospice! 

This year's hike will take place on Saturday, May 17. 

The hike will begin at the SOMC Hospice Center Parking Lot, with registration beginning at 8:30 am with the walk starting at 9:30 am. Early online registration is encouraged, but not required.

Donations from the event will go towards the SOMC Hospice Caritas Fund. 

Donations to the Hospice Caritas Fund make a positive difference in the lives of hospice patients and their families. Your gift ensures that local patients and families coping with a life-limiting illness will receive the comfort, support, and care they deserve in a time when they need it most.
