A Life Celebration

SOMC Hospice will host a Life Celebration Sunday, Nov. 8 to honor and remember patients who received hospice services at SOMC between September 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026.

The service will begin at 2:00 pm at Shawnee State, Vern Riffe Center for the Arts. RSVP by calling Alexis at 740-356-2676. There will be a presentation playing during the service with your loved one’s name. If you would like a photo of your loved one included in the presentation, please email their name and photo to fioritaa@somc.org by October 25, 2026. When your photo is received, a confirmation will be sent. If you would like a quilt square included in our memorial quilt, please return the square no later than October 1, 2026
