SOMC Offers 7-Week Smoking Cessation Program

Portsmouth, OH — Southern Ohio Medical Center (SOMC) is offering a comprehensive 7-week Smoking Cessation Program designed to help individuals break free from nicotine addiction and take a lasting step toward better health. SOMC’s Smoking Cessation Program provides a supportive environment and practical tools to help participants overcome nicotine dependence and improve their overall health and well-being.

The program begins June 4 and runs through July 16, with sessions held every Thursday at 2:30 p.m. Participants will receive guidance, support, and proven strategies to help them successfully quit smoking and maintain a tobacco-free lifestyle.
