SOMC Community Health is continuing a diabetes support group. This group is for anyone with a diagnosis of diabetes or a caregiver/family member caring for someone with diabetes.
The Facebook group will host virtual meetings on the scheduled dates to answer questions and offer support to those affected by diabetes. Video meetings last 20-30 minutes, and a recording of the meeting will be available to members for a playback option. The group will also feature tips and recipes to help manage a diabetes diagnosis.
