Local women and men from Southern Ohio Medical Center joined more than 37,000 others to participate in the 15th Anniversary Komen Columbus Race for the Cure on Saturday, May 19 in Columbus, raising nearly $2 million for the Susan G. Komen For The Cure. This foundation is the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists working to raise awareness and funding for the fight against breast cancer.
