Our main physical therapy office is located at the SOMC Portsmouth LIFE Center, a 74,000squarefoot wellness and rehabilitation center. SOMC also offers two outpatient satellite locations: Lucasville LIFE Center Rehab and Fitness and SOMC Wheelersburg Outpatient Services.
