The Orthopedic Care Unit is a 30 bed Medical Surgical unit with an emphasis on patients having orthopedic surgery. The purpose of the unit is to provide nursing care and instruction to the adolescent, adult, and geriatric medical-surgical patient. Specialties include total joint replacements and fractures. The staff is comprised of competent and caring RN’s, LPN’s, Nursing Assistants, Nurse Techs, Nurse Residents, and Unit Clerks.
