Referring A Patient
To make a referral for medical oncology, radiation oncology or hematology, and you are within the SOMC network, please submit a referral through Meditech.
If you are outside the SOMC network, referrals can be made by sending a completed Referral Form and supporting clinical documents by email to referrals@somc.org or by fax to 740-356-7488.
Please encrypt email if sending from outside the SOMC network.
