Life Center Expansion Project

Building a healthier community has always been our primary goal. That’s why SOMC has continued to invest in the best equipment, provide the best trainers and offer the best classes at our LIFE Center facilities.

And now, we’re excited to announce we will be significantly expanding the SOMC Portsmouth LIFE Center into the space previously known as the SOMC Friends Center!

This expansion represents a greater commitment to promoting health and wellness in our community. With the coming changes, we will be able to support the wellness of our community better than ever before. This exciting step forward means our community will have 24-hour access to the Portsmouth facility, additional class opportunities and the expansion of existing classes. The change will also allow for increased community outreach and partnerships, as well as the relocation of the CrossFit Alpha Pack gym.
