Buy a Hospice Memorial Brick

Show your support of the SOMC Hospice Center by donating a commemorative brick. Bricks can be imprinted with your name, a name of someone you would like to memorialize, or a special message. All purchased bricks will be used in the garden area outside the SOMC Hospice Center. Imprint space is limited to 3 lines and 15 characters (including spaces).
