Hospice Keepsake Ornaments - "A Lasting Memory"

At SOMC Hospice, we are committed to supporting you and your loved ones during your family's time of need. As one of the first hospice services in the state of Ohio, SOMC Hospice has been providing a special kind of care to families in our region since 1985.

To commemorate our loved ones, we select a unique ornament each year as a gift to the lives of those who have passed this year, and we remember the impact they still have on our lives. For each patient, the primary caregiver or family member receives the ornament. Additional ornaments for families and the public are available for online or mail-in purchase.

Keepsake ornaments are available in limited quantities each year, so order early.
Please allow one week for processing before you are notified that your pre-order is ready for pickup
